a quick look at their career achievements, clubs managed and trophies won would suggest you are either wrong, or a skinny jean wearing bearded hipster trying to be cool

on what grounds?
bielsa has had some horrific results including last night and has a poor track record of staying at clubs beyond 1 year

He has taken them to midtable to the verge of promotion with mostly the same squad. Seems prepared to give young players a chance as well. I actually hope he stays at Leeds

They deserve it after allowing Villa to score.
Disgusting club.
(I'd take Roofe or Hernandez off them though)

Leeds would take Allardyce over Bielsa if he gave them what he gave us
Promotion at the first attempt, they would take his arm off!

Re: Bielsa

Generally find that people who dribble on about Bielsa don't actually know very much about him.
His teams always (ALWAYS) fall off a cliff towards the end of a season. That's because the type of high intensity pressing game he wants to play just isn't sustainable. Certainly not at the level he's trying to play it. Look at the Championship form table: IIRC, Leeds are 16th in the last five; 10th in the last 10.
If that was a one off, fine. It's not, it's happened repeatedly. I don't care how much anyone admires his "philosophy" (FFS !), that's just dim.
He's also a bit of a dick. In a dozen managerial appointments in a career spanning almost 30 years, I think I'm right in saying that he's never stayed at a club for more than 2 years (the exceptions being when he managed Argentina and Chile, but the cycle of international tournaments probably explains that). He constantly falls out with people, storms out of clubs, throws his toys out of the pram and fucks off home with his ball.
I really don't see how anyone can conclude that this fellow is really all that bright. TBF, lots of his players adore him. But then, most of them are a bit thick too.
